It is 10:45 p.m. in my time zone so in a couple hours labor day night will end. I am late in greeting all of you tonight but what is left of this holiday I hope it was a happy one for you.
The wonderful thing about labor day 2020 we all lived another year to see it! Isn't that just wonderful?

Thank you and happy Labor Day to you also! Well, Labor Day was not much different than any other day for me. Usually the city I live in has celebrations with live music and stuff in the parks across the street. Not this year, of course. So just kind of did what I do every day.

It was nice and quiet around here.
I did grill a couple of Duck Breasts. It was the first time I have ever tried that and the meat was delicious, but I didn't quite get the skin to be crispy enough. I think that, next time, I will cook it longer on the skin side. All the fat on the skin side causes the flame to fire up pretty easily. Live and learn.
