Hornby Weir and Castle

The castle is a private home and was built on the remains of a 13th century castle. It has garden open days during the Spring and Summer. Now Grade 1 listed.

Very picturesque, I wouldn't want to own a castle to much dusting and sweeping to do. Just as well for servants I guess.
