Yes, I can believe it. It makes perfect sense to have signs up to be aware of horses and riders in any area that is known to have stables.

What's wrong with that? There are "Wild Horses" signs all over around here.
Most people have horses in their back yards. I used to have thoroughbreds.

I've seen these signs before. Anywhere there may be horses around.

There's nothing unusual about these signs - not just horses, but for many other animals. I've even seen signs in Germany for non-poisonous snakes.

This part of the county is horse county where I live, stables everywhere.. and horse signs too..
