How Do You Feel Now About Mainstream News?

I can't say that it registered on me. Yes - I was alive at that time (1938) but I was 5 years old and was probably in my room playing with toy soldiers. Surely not with my ear to the radio. I believe that most of my memories were from later conversations in the family when I was a bit older.
 
Used to watch to be informed. Now watch to be entertained. Do my best to ignore the propaganda and social engineering but sometimes that is difficult, not to mention aggravating, frustrating etc..

Exactly. Several years ago, I read Bernard Goldberg's two books, "Bias" and "Arrogance" and he opened my eyes to just how extremely leftist the so-called main stream media truly are. Does anyone else remember why Dan Rather was fired/pushed out ?
