How do you put a phrase in your messages?

I see a lot of people who have a phrase on every post they make under their message How do you do that?

Go into your account, and where it says "signature" click on that. You can add the phrase you want.

You click on your name/icon in the upper right corner of the SF page and then choose "Signature" from the drop down menu; but I think you have to be a member here for a while before you're allowed to do that. (It's a security measure, I think, to stop spammers, trolls, etc.)

I quoted myself in my signature...I wrote it down while I was fluidly psychotic. But it still holds water to this day in my opinion.
