Son/grandson coming today to take me with them for the movie Superman! I'm only happy when I'm with them. Otherwise, it's bad, battling depression, anxiety.

I'm not doing well in the hot, humid weather. I'm not doing well, period.

I will cherish this day with the ones I love best.

Seemingly means that I spent hours last night trying to interpret the (literally) 79 different results of a doppler echocardiography.

From what AI and I can suss out, some of my heart abnormalities (that may or may not be serious) are complicated or caused by my extremely frequent preventricular contractions (little extra heartbeats). I have one PVC to roughly every 3-5 regular beats. I can't take meds for it because they lower BP and my BP often runs low already.

I have a nuclear stress test next week that should throw additional light on the matter.
 

Another overly warm day in PA.
Rain is forecast for this after noon,,,hope it does rain.

Cleaned out the drawers under the gun cabinet, yesterday.
Didn't find anything I needed.

I need someone to push me in to dusting & running vacuum sweeper.
Trying to get hubby to help with dusting would help other chores move along.

Note to HOLLY,, hope you are recovering from your accident.

Looking at a ski hill, thinking only 4 1/2 months till we begin "shredding the knar."

Errands today, perhaps a short ride on the 250. Seeing "One flew over the cukoo's nest" tonight w friends. I'll be batch'n it for a couple days as wifey heads down to do the "dip and swat" at my daughter's house.

But not on my bucket list, I like flat Greenland & gentle rolling hills of the Midwest.
The sound of 18 wheelers late at night. ... not ... Haha! No turning them off though!

I’m raked with depression and anxiety I cannot control.

Why it oppresses me I do not know.

The day’s hot, humid weather its cohort.

But love soon will be here, my son/grandson,

And gone will be this day’s depression.

A day to cherish because I love them best.
 
My 6 y/o grandson is more than a handful -- I am glad we had much better behaving daughters, LOL.

Left: My grandson asked me to go camping with him, and he built a tent. Then he asked me to tell him a story. So, I told him about Puff the Magic Dragon and the little boy Jackie Paper. Guess what: at age 6 he already knew about the song. The pups crashed in and slobbered us with wet kisses.
Right: I never get the best pictures, like today when he was buried under my three dogs and you could not see him (he loved it.)

Usually my wife invites our daughter's family for dinner. But occasionally, our younger daughter invites us, joined by our older daughter. Actually, today my son-in-law prepared the meal. Both daughters have their own houses only a few miles from us.

This morning I ran the dishwasher, hand washed Deja's bowls and finished the process of making my body wash. I refilled three pill cases and gave Deja a mani-pawdi with the help of my son of course. She was particularly wiggly this evening. I spent close to 4 hours on the phone having nice conversations with my BFF, Honorary Daughter and Honorary Son#3. I watched a little T.V. but not as much as I had planned.

Still sniffing and sneezing, probably due to the high pollen count, although it's dropping now. Doing a bit of work refreshing the bathroom, cleaning the tiles, grout etc.. nothing very exciting. It's less than two weeks till our daughter comes to visit, so I'd better get things tidied up.
Unlike me, she's neat and tidy while I live in a permanent state of chaos.

Time for first coffee of the day.

Good morning, we had a strong thunder storm last evening and it was coming down in sheets with lightning and thunder. We had an alarm warning but it finally passed around 8:00.

Nice and sunny now, so will be going out to do some shopping today.

@hawkdon, sounds like your weather is similar to here last evening. It is a bit scary and I think at night is worse when trying to sleep. Take care of yourself and hope you get some rest today.

Morning all, my early walk at 6:45, it was humid even with a breeze, temp was 70 as I walked across the street to convient store bought local paper for myself& friend Connie
No real plans today, if its not raining mid morn will take a walk,read today's NYT
Tonight, I'll be eating in the dining room at 5:30 for weekly get together with Connie& the guys, haven;t seen them for most of the week,always enjoy our conversations
