Morning all.....awake at 5am today, solid 7hrs sleep yay....got
some aches and all but what the heck!!! I deserve something
for all these years LOL....No plans for the day actually, however
a friend let me know that she/hubby will stop by to see me today, got mixed feeling about it but whatever...Cleaning lady
did her thing yesterday, lawn guy didn't show up, neither did
mail boy.....waiting delivery from amazon, button aide, stick
on handles, and something else LOL....Coolish today at
52 F now, not going up much today....hope you all make
it a great day!!!!

sniff! I've come down with tummy troubles, so, I'll be staying home.
My O/H will pick up my SIL and go to the dinner. I hope he brings home some goodies for me, to have tomorrow.

Woke up desiring to move so I did! Sat up tall then turned to the left and sat up and sat as in a chair legs down.
Today was first workout in the gym Al really big sunny space. Still can’t stand but was able to workout arms and do leg lifts sitting. Used small one pound weight on arms. In gym one and half hours.
Also was vigorously bathed and wore real clothes for the first time in three weeks.
I feel hopeful.

Tghis morning I'll be driving down to the old home town to photography the Remembrance Day parade and service. The weather forecast is horrendous rain. I will cope!

GG, so I'm set for today....!!!It is cold out, 37deg I think, not warming much today either,, I broke out the insulated tops again, and already using the 'lectric blanky" haha....
No big plans for today, yet, will see what happens...usual aches
and pains but no biggie....y'all behave and I see you later on!!

@hawkdon, it was 54° at 5 o’clock this morning. We will stay in the 50s for today as today starts the big temperature cool down.

hopefully this frigid temperatures only last the two days that are being predicted. I have said before I don’t mind the cold weather I just don’t like when it’s 70° one day and down in the 30s the next day.

The horses are supposed to get trimmed today, but I don’t know if that’s going to happen. It upsets me that I know how to trim. my grandfather gave me a set of trimming tools for my 12th Christmas and taught me all I needed to know about trimming and of course I learned more as time went along. I never did learn to shoe so I’ve always had a Farrier for back in my trail riding days. I can’t trim anymore because my one shoulder is so bad. It is so annoying that I have to rely on other people to do my work for me.

I hate being dependent on other people for stuff that I know I can do but arthritis holds me back.

other than that, it’s a great day! I woke up on the right side of the sheet. My dogs have been outside and are now waiting for me to leave the house to go feed the horses so they can change the TV channel lol lol. And the horses are watching the picture window in the dining room knowing that I’ll be coming out the door soon — yes they are that smart. The lights of my life, so they all are. It is pretty hard to stay in a bad mood when you have these critters eyes looking at you, pleading for breakfast.

Hollydolly,I wasn't;planning on going anyways,the time we go is at 5:45pm.The service lately on Saturdays is slow.Last week there were only 2 wait staff to serve 8 tables. We didn't leave the dining room until 7:15 Sue

Morning all, on my early walk at 6:50 temp was 37 lightly raining the building before breakfast as I strolled around the building before breakfast
This morning at 10am Marcia will be picking me up to go to our church service at 10:30
The rest of my day read local paper, talk to my brother, read my book. The weather suppose to change to snow showers by end of the day,hope to get another walk in

Yesterday, I was heating up some roast beef sandwiches in the microwave and it started making noise and smoke coming out of it, so unplugged it and now I have to get a new one. We like the microwave for heating food but I have a range with oven. The microwave I have is a large one so will be getting a smaller one.

It will be in the 80's again today but cloudy. Tomorrow night the low will be 30 degrees, so cold for here but only two days.

Rae will you consider a flatbed microwave. ? I replaced my turntable with a flatbed last year.. and it's been brilliant. It took me ages to get used to the turntable not going round, but it;s fabulous, no need to take the plate out for cleaning etc...so easy....

Afternoon Peeps of SF...... pretty overcast day today ... the Rememberance marches were on ths morning everywhere... to remember those who lost their lives in both world wars..

Apparently the Royal family were more emotional than the recent years , and I wonder if it's because they know Prince Charles may not have much longer to live...

yesterday 2 war planes flew very low over my house going towards the city, so i would imagine that was for the benefit of today's parades..

@hollydolly I am thinking of getting something different for the microwave and I will check out the one you mentioned. My husband wants a convection oven but not sure that will work for what I used the microwave for but will check it out. Thank you for your suggestion.
