How Much Power Does the United Nations (UN) Actually Have?

Has as much power as we give it(actually the senate and president) But literally how much we give it.

I guess if the US wanted to do business with an UN Treaty & UN law obeying countries the UN rules would have to be followed.

The United States STILL cannot collect past rent from some of these nations that practically live in there.
