Most people's mental enegry is a roller- coaster.

There are certain hours when you naturally have much more drive than at other times.

The tricky thing is that the time of day when mental energy peaks is different for everyone.

Fortunately, your highs tend to occur at about the same time every day,
so you can plan your schedule around them and maximize your productivity.

To take advantage of your personal power hour(s,
Pinpoint your peak productivity hour.

Do you know yours...morning, afternoon, evening?

Care to share?🤗

My "best time" is probably mid morning until mid afternoon. I like to start the day with a leisurely breakfast, then relax a bit before going outdoors (weather permitting) to do my endless list of chores. By 3 or 4 PM, I'm usually a bit tired, so back in the house, take a shower, and relax for the rest of the day/night.

First thing in the morning is my best time. It's also the best time of the day....unless you have a baby screaming! I know when I had to get up during the night to see to a baby, it seemed as though everyone in the world was asleep except me.

Since childhood I've been a night person. I've always felt out of sync with the rest of the world, and hated getting out of bed early. In the summer, my brother and me would stay up late watching old movies.

Now that I am retired, I stay up until nearly two o'clock a.m, and rise around noon. I like to write when it is quiet and the best hours are between 12 and 3 am.
