A doctor on TV said in order to have inner peace in our lives, we should always finish things that we start.

Since I could use more calm in my life, I looked around the house to find things that I started and need to finish.

I have since finished a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a boddel of Baileys, a boodle of wum, the mainder of my Valiuminium scriptin, and a big box of chocolatz.

Yur have no idr how fablus and peesefel I feel rite now.

Transcendental meditation seems to be popular these days with a lot of celebrities pontificating about its benefits. You can't do TM without proper training and a $1,000 payment, though. Inner peace isn't free.

Inner peace is being satisfied with your life. If you aren't, the answer is to alter your life. Meditating, or focusing on auras, and "deep inner values, isn't going to help. Only actions to change your life have any effect.
