How to get a book

My uncle said he wanted a Strong's Exhaustive Concordance. He doesn't have a computer, so he can't do it online. I can't find a bookstore locally - they all seemed to have closed for some reason. I don't have a credit card, so I can't order online. Any suggestions?

If there isn't a Barnes & Noble near you, you can find their gift cards at several different stores. For example, Publix, Kroger, and Walmart are just a few that sell gift cards for other stores.
