I was wondering how to quote with someone's name underlined and have the little yellow arrow looking symbol that when clicked shows the quote where they posted.

Can't help you with the little yellow arrows, but when want to quote a post:
Cut the website at the very top of your screen then using the oblong shape brackets you type:
{url=in this space you paste the cut website, then you end it with the opposite bracket, like this.} In this space you type the quotation then you end it with brackets like this [/url] I hope you can understand that.

To do it this way, all I do is click on reply,
On the bottom right corner of your post.

That gives your entire post though.
Perhaps you want something different?

If you highlight just a portion of text you'd like to quote, then a little blue box displays that says "Quote+/Reply".
If you then select "Reply", just the highlighted portion will be quoted in the Reply message box.

I don't understand where the little circle with the arrow is on the quote. I see everyone seems to know but I don't know how to do it. If I wanted to quote Ronni where do I see the little circle with arrow to send it to her post and not have to quote the whole message.

I think that the "little circle w/arrow" that's being talked about is the feature that would carry the reader to the Post that was quoted by someone.

Are you saying the “Rae said and the upward arrow” is yellow?

I see a pale orange/tangerine. Maybe this is device dependent.
Yeah... color is often a subjective thing to us "artist types"... not to sound all smug/arrogant. 😅
So, we can roll with pale orange/tangerine if it might help @Rae find her answer.
