How to 'repo' a car in the Year, 2033.

Say you have a brand new 2033 self-driving electric car, and you miss a few payments. Ford will press a button, and your car will drive itself back to the dealer.

Interesting! There are all kinds of possibilities here... like if they can do that, they could surely stop the car and lock a car thief inside until police get there. Of course that would mean we could no longer watch those high speed chases. :unsure:
 
I can't think why I would want to buy a car that someone else, or an organisation, can take control of. Whether it was bought outright or in some kind of hire purchase agreement. I certainly wouldn’t buy a car where the manufactures can turn off various features of the car either.
