human physical attractiveness is innately unfair

I think that, attitude, intelligence, personality, magnetism,
should be way ahead of looks, we all have the same bits,
but they are all slightly different in size and shape, even in
colour, so there are no ugly people, some may be disfigured,
and that is unfortunate.

In my book, personality 1st.

Mike.

My first husband was drop dead gorgeous but was clueless about his looks. My son with him is also gorgeous and clueless. I am glad because nothing is worse than someone who is conceited. Fortunately my son is also nice and smart.

My middle son asked once when he was 10 how come the oldest was so much better looking than him or the youngest. I said because you have different dads😂.

However, my experience has been that if someone is ugly inside after awhile you won’t care what they look like on the outside.

Yes, and.........is there a question here?

My wife has always called the foundation applied before make-up: Pollyfilla. It's the name of a product used for filling in plaster cracks and other damage. After the Pollyfilla comes the deft art of the make up brush. Is what you see really what you get.

Just in case there's any ambiguity, this is not my wife, not even when we were young. OK!

I knew a gal in Jr. High who was skinny, had a big nose, and had bad stringy hair. Boys made fun of her calling her “bird beak” among the less unkind things they aimed in her direction.

Years later I met here at a party. She was a stunning tall beauty. She had managed to get control of her hair, and had taken full advantage of her 5 feet 10 inches of height. She learned enough sewing skills to fit her clothes to her body well. Very Well! She still had a big nose but somehow the guys didn’t notice it anymore. IOW, she neutralized her negatives (hair and nose) and emphasized her positives (height and thin but not skinny body).

I bet a lot of guys regretted the names they had called her at the age of 13.

I find that the older I get the better looking I get. I simply watch my weigh, admittedly not always EZ, and take time to dress nicely when I leave the house. I learned a long time ago that women notice things like food stains on a shirt, unpolished shoes, oddball color combinations, dirty trousers, and baggy “droopy drawers” pants. They also notice if a guy smells bad.

I don’t have a luxurious head of hair. It’s mostly gone, so I keep it cut short. No point in emphasizing one’s negatives.

For some reason looks don't seem matter when it comes to male or female being super wealthy.

Hugh Hefner comes to mind when surrounded by exceptionally beautiful young women.
