Go ahead and laugh, but if your home/area, had a major catastrophe, you'd be glad to see government workers helping you, even if represented by your local fire and police personnel.

If you needed snap benefits, medicaid, etc. you'd be glad for government 'interference' too.

Any regular people you know work for local, state, or federal? They are just part of your normal population.
