I am having a long difficult time rehoming Charlie

Charlie is listed several sections of Face Book, https://nokillnetwork.org, https://rehomeadoptapet.com and https://rescueme.org.

The waiting is the most difficult. I have only had two interested parties, both of which declined at the last minute. Chgarlie has been up for rehoming for 2 months.
I regularly review the three websites above to prevent notices from being taken down.
Charlie hates the vet clinic due to having hypersensitivity and getting overly stimulated. Here at home he gets 250 mg of trazodone and .25 prednisone. His vet appointment is next Friday, after that I have him signed up for doggy day care to learn how to socialize with other dogs.

The main problem at home is our 8 yr old Border Collie refuse to allow Charlie to join the home pact. Because of this ongoing conflict we have kept Charlie separated from the other dogs and this caused insecurities and negative conditions throughout the pact. If I can convince my wife that no one will rehome Charlie and that we are stuck with him- possibly I may be able to purchase more training. I believe by acclimating the dogs into the pack it will solve 99% of the problem.

The border collie is 8 yr old female. We also have a 5 yr old female Bernese mountain dog, female border collie and 10 yr old small mixed dog and Charlie.
Charlie has a veterinary appointment Friday. He was diagnosed with hypersensitivity, going to the vet is always an adventure. After the vet I am enrolling him into doggy day care to learn doggy socialization skills.
Charlie is 3 yrs old

So,,,, Charlie is the only male? neutered?

Could it be the 8 yr old thinks she is protecting the others?

Being a Border Collie could she be frustrated because Charlie won't let her herd him?

To bad you can't find a new owner for him.
Sounds like he really needs to be the only dog in the home.

Have you asked your vet/ or area vets, if anyone is looking for an older dog?

Good luck with Charlie.
