Are you thinking of buying or selling? Looks like values go up every year according to real estate taxes. Maybe 5% +

Selling. Since hubby died in October, the upkeep on the house has been challenging. Especially this summer. This is a tri-level with lots of stairs. I'm able to navigate with no problems right now but I'll soon be 78 and think it may be time to think about getting rid of it. I don't know if I should wait for the election to be over or not because I think the results will affect everything.

I love my condo. It’s 855 square feet and just right for me. I don’t have any outside maintenance to worry about and it’s easy living. I can clean it myself.
