I Didn't Know The Onion Was Pregnant....I Swear!

When I cut into the onion, this is what I found! I've never seen an onion like this before. Do have any stories and/or pictures of mutant produce?

Soon after Halloween last year I brought home a bag of those small oranges called "cuties" and every one had a small stem on it, which is very unusual. My 2 1/2 year-old foster son insisted they were pumpkins. (awww)

Closer to Mutant Produce, though, came from a bag of carrots. One of them was shaped just like a sitting duck. Wish I'd taken a picture.
Thankfully, it tasted like a carrot.

You should keep all vegetables separate and whatever you do, make sure you leave the shrinkwrap on the carrots.

Consider...if you had cut open an onion and found an image of what could be construed as the Blessed Virgin Mary, you would have people coming to you from all over the world to pray to your onion. You could then sell tiny pieces of it at a tremendous profit and become wealthy.

I know that sounds mighty weird, but such things have happened many times over the course of history. In those cases, it may be a spot on the wall, a stain on a cloth, or whatever else people can conjure to attract the gullible.
