I found "IT" through faith

Time is not important when you get "IT" whatever "IT" means to you. When you have "IT" you are aware of "IT" and there is no turning back to your former self, not that anybody would want to.

Having "IT" allows you to live in the present, if that is what you choose. You accept and embrace your place in life in association with all that is, as one and all.

Years of living and wisdom we inherit a unique perspective of life and how we lived it.

Life is perfect, life does not make mistakes. The choices we make in our lifetime are not mistakes, choices you wish you made have their own set of consequences and a waste of energy entertaining such thoughts.

I know when I am sad and unworthy it is usually temporary and likely something to do with medication. Knowing this does not relieve my depression, but it gives me an idea as to the source of my depression and what I need to do about it.

Experience and wisdom is about real-life experiences that give seniors an edge in life, or paid my dues.

I agree. I did my best with what I had to work with at the time. But, I have regrets. Unfortunately, hind sight is a curse. Will I coast out of this life at peace with myself? Ask me when I am on my death bed.
