I have a question about Lasagna.

My family is getting together this weekend at my home. We haven't been together for awhile and I'm looking forward to it.. My problem is that I will be away part of Thursday and Friday so I don't have much time to prepare.

Years ago I made lasagna according to the Ronzoni label. On the old label it says I can assemble the lasagna, freeze and cook it unthawed at 350 for 2 hours.
As I remember it worked fine.
This past Sunday I made two 9x13 inch pans and froze them.
Now I'm wondering just how long both will take if I bake them together and also if I could thaw them in the refrigerator overnight to cut down on the baking time Saturday..
I thought maybe the ingredients will separate if I thaw them first.
I even called Ronzoni company and they said it was fine to freeze the unbaked lasagna. I already knew that. She thought it might be ok to cook the two together . I think she was reading from a script.
Has anyone baked to pans at one time? How long did it take?

I can't imagine that baking 2 at the same time would take any longer. Baking 2 of anything takes the same time as 1. I'd just throw them in the oven and check after 2 hours. If the cheese doesn't "string" yet, put it back in for another 15 minutes or so.

I would bake an additional 15 minutes or so, just because there are two of them.
Even if you don't need to do that, the additional time won't hurt anything.
Don't worry about lasagna separating. It will all mesh together.
I have almost always lived at high altitudes so I always had to bake things a little longer.
Lasagna will be yummy either way!

Cooking two pans at the same time is no problem, it should take about 90 minutes. To know when it is cooked you will notice the sauce boiling over around the edges. To make doubly sure, insert a cake skewer into the lasagne, if it goes in easily, it is cooked!
If the pans are on the same shelf in the oven, leave some space between.
If on separate shelves, halfway during cooking, alternate the pans.
