Ingredients: Lentils, Chickpeas, Rice Bran Oil, Backing Soda, Cumin, Salt.
Nutritional Info: (Important for diabetics like myself) 14 chips - 13 gms carbohydrate, 1 gm sugar. Fiber: 3 gms Protein: 5 gms.
They are not over salted like some snack foods. And much healthier than potato chips.
