Maybe I should have posted this under "Humour" ........

In June, I bought three items from a local department store. Two of the items did not work when I first tried them. The third just failed .....

1. Laptop re-chargeable speaker
2. Salt & pepper grinder (battery powered)
3. Dual USB charger / double (240V) adaptor.

All working well since the replacements were provided ................... so far.

Oh well done! My best score was taking two cd/radio players back before the 3rd one worked. I've had a better batting average with gadgets from eBay than from stores.

. it's either their stuff doesn't work, or they are trying to poison us..

Update: Having looked at the invoice again, I see that I also bought some batteries and they are all flat now.

Can I claim four out of four?
