I put mushrooms in so many dishes that I'm constantly running out. Example...

Last night had to change dinner plans as you cannot have a decent lasagna without mushrooms lol! We might go out to pick up more today. It's too early decide yet.

I've calls to make and then see how the weather and mood goes...

How to tell mushrooms from poisonous toadstools. Simply prepare whatever fungi you have, cook them with your meal, then, if you wake up in the morning...................they were mushrooms!

I love mushrooms in/on everything. Grilled portobello mushrooms on the charcoal grill are divine.

However, I can't stand raw mushrooms. They taste like dirt.

Autumn Dish in a Jiffy

Can/Tin or Carton Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Frozen or Fresh Burger Patties
Peas (Canned, Fresh or Frozen)
Silver Onions (a couple to taste but optional)
Mashed Potatoes

Grilled your beef patties in the pan as usual, once cooked removed.

Add a nut of butter or oil to the pan, add your Silver Skin Onions and Peas. Heat all up.

Pour your Cream of Mushrooms in the pan, add your spices to taste (aka salt, pepper, onion powder or Herbes de Provence. Then add your beef patties, heat up through and through.

Enjoy with mashed potatoes and slices of bread to dip in your delish gravy!
