I love having a seafood shoppe nearby

All seafood is good but a lot of styles destroy the natural flavors like Creole or BBQ only smother the natural flavors.

Yup.

When I first found this place and was in my several-nights-a-week phase, I tried a whole bunch of difference sauces and marinades for the shrimp. But I discovered what you said: "Where's the shrimp?"

I like the light, citrus-based marinades for mahi and swordfish.
I like my tuna pan-seared with a blackened seasoning.
Flounder is OK if it's sauteed with a nice caper butter sauce, but only really really good when battered and fried!

Man, I would kill for some Arthur Treacher's right about now.
