I made mint cubes for my tea.

I always have a lot of mint in my garden. This past summer I gathered handfuls of the mint and stems and chopped it in my blender. I poured some boiling water over the chopped mint and left it over night in the refrigeratorthen I strained it and poured it into my ice cube trays.
When they were frozen I put them in a freezer bag.
They can be added to iced tea or hot tea which is how I'm using them now.
I don't like my tea boiling hot and one or two cubes make it the perfect temperature for me to drink. ,mint cubes.JPG
