A dog entered a credit union and approached a loan officer named Patricia Whack. "I'd like to get a loan for my winter kibble supply please". Ms Whack asked the dog what collateral he had and the dog replied, "I have this lovely figurine". Ms Whack excused herself telling the dog that she had to check with her manager. She told her manager she was uncertain about the dog's offered collateral. "I really don't know what it is". The manager looked at the item and then handed it back to Ms Whack saying: "It's a nick-nack, Patty Whack. Give the dog a loan".

I was watching Dick Clark's Top 10 from February 21st, 1959, and this song was sitting in 8th position.
I had never heard the name and needed to know what ist was.
I do remember it from my childhood.
