I ordered Deja's cat food from Chewy.com. The process was simple with the exception of deciding what to get. At the time I had a $20 off $49 order coupon, plus the shipping was free. My order arrived before 24 hours was up. Everything was packaged nicely. Yesterday, I decided I would return two of the three cases of food she doesn't like instead of trying to add meat or tuna to entice her to eat it. The young lady was very helpful, very pleasant and efficient. She explained the return process which is free, emailed the return label, issued a credit which will show up after they get notice that the return has been shipped, gave me 10% off my new order and waived the shipping fee (because it was less than $49). She found the food our kitten likes best which wasn't available when I placed the first order. So far, I am quite happy with this company. https://www.chewy.com/

Have you ever ordered from them? Would you consider doing so? Amazon is my other go to for her food.

Yes, I've ordered from chewy, it was fine and a good deal.

I order our dog's Iams canned food with Chewy because they don't carry it at our grocery store. Anyway, my experience with them has always been good. They ship pretty fast too, and the couple times there was a delay they emailed with apologies and letting me know the order was still on its way.

Yes, I've ordered from Chewy. Right now my two eat Science diet dry and fancy feast. I feed the ferals Purina One and some canned friskies on ocassion.

I've ordered food, toys and hair ball medicine from Chewy.

In November I noticed the e mail that said my package was delivered from them. It wasn't at my door. I called and they said they would send a replacement package right away. Then it occurred to me to go see if I could find the package myself. It was at the next building upstairs and luckily the people didn't seem to be home. So I took it, feeling like a thief taking my own package, and called Chewy back immediately. They said the label was already printed (this was well under an hour) and I'd receive the replacement and to keep it. I also got a call the next day from FedEx about the improper delivery.

They used to send in one day or two from a facility in Sparks Nevada but I think the last came from the mid west and is taking longer.

Yes, I’ve ordered from them when Amazon didn’t have my cat’s food. I think they were a bit more expensive but their service was good. I will buy there again.

I have ordered from Chewy many, many times when I still had my pets. I never had a negative experience. One time I received, in error, a 40 lb bag of some brand name of dry dog food.

I was told to keep it, give it away or donate it. The local pet rescue was only too happy to drop by and rescue it from my porch.

Most of my dog food and treats come from Chewy. I like the large variety I can find on their site.
Some is more expensive than Amazon though.

It's always free shipping, but the one day delivery promise usually turns into two for some reason.
. (from Dallas to Houston shouldn't take 2 days) ...220 miles

my daughter has been ordering from chewys for a long time--her dog loves the food---i wish we could find some dog food for my other daughters dog--all he will eat is boiled chicken

I ordered from them when I had Bella...she was sick with pancreatitis and had to have special food....the deliveries were always fast and packed well, they offered a discount to set up an automatic reorder...also they have a very nice and easy to use web site.

Yes, have to say I'm very pleased. About every 3 months I order a 27 lb. bag of Hills WD dog food for our 2 furbabies. Shipped super fast.

Yes, I've ordered from Chewy numerous times over the years, very please with their service. The items came quickly, well packaged, good condition, no order errors. I ordered a tube of hairball supplement, that I ordered previously, and it was bad, smelled terrible and was foul. They credited the money without my having to bother to return it, and I gave them all the info on the tube so the supplier knew what lot, date, etc. was affected.

I addition to cat and dog food, I get most of my birdseed from them.

I order from chewy every month for my indoor cats and the feral cats outdoors. I love the service from this company! Am very pleased with them.
