I swear I'm going to invent a phone that will somehow reach out and smack people

I am Fed Up with FedEx and a host of other lousy companies.
I spent $120 to send 3 small boxes to a destination.
They've been sitting in one spot for 4 days with no movement.
I filed a case number that is supposed to get a response within 24 hrs, but I got nothing.
I have called twice, and the first rep told me she would see that the packages would get delivered today.
The day is nearly over and they are not even out for delivery.

The second rep I spoke to moments ago (Nearly brain dead), says he knows nothing except that the tracking will be updated when it moves.
I requested to speak to someone higher up, and he says there is no one else who can help with it, after which I conveyed my thoughts of that idiotic policy.
It seems we have come to expect incompetence and abysmal service from the majority of companies we deal with anymore.
All you get is a chatbot that can only tell you what you already know, and even if you are persistent and lucky enough to get some degree of life form on the other end, they are little more than cannon fodder.

Alas, I am left to work on the "smacker phone", but I need to make sure the smack button is made of Titanium because I am dead certain that plastic just won't take the abuse. (Sorry for the vent)

I understand the upset and that's why I don't order things shipped to me, with one exception - I order certain vitamins and supplements from one company that will ship to my p o box. They normally ship via USPS, but on one occasion, they mistakenly used FedEx, and it went to all sorts of places before they (FedEx) could find a major USPS facility that would accept the package. [The company gave me credit for the shipping costs.]

Funny you should say that. I've been waiting for packages that were supposed be be delivered on Tuesday. They aren't here yet and have been stuck at the same location for days. The idiotbots and the alleged customer service reps are good for nothing.

Better get workin' on that "Smacker Phone", bobcat. I'll put my order in for it now. I'm sure it'll sell out! And, please, don't send it by FedanythingbutExpress. 🥴

Memorial Day may have been the cause for the delay. I had returned from a trip on Sunday, expecting my mail to have been delivered Saturday, and it was not. It came three days later, on Tuesday, with a note of apology from the carrier that she had been on vacation. Just a thought.

Actually, it's not the delay I mind so much, it's that they have no idea what's happening or when they might be delivered. The packages are just idly sitting there in limbo and no one has any clue as to why.

It's probably at the same location or hub. Maybe one of their buffoons lost them betting in a game of "parcel poker" in the back room and is blaming the missing goods on a band of gypsies he swears were lurking in the area.

I gotta think of a nice catch phrase for the phone to blurt out right before the little hand comes out and smacks them in the forehead. Then I want the phone to record the video of it happening and instantly send it to me so I can play it over and over.

Was your mail soaking wet? Mine was. Thank god it was just rain water. Sigh.

I want to speak to the manufacturer, and insist they collaborate with me in building the "Bam-Bam" model. I want one that bats offenders on the head. And causes offending folks headaches, after all I get tired of buying large bottles of Advil for myself. They can help, or feel my pain. LOL
