I think I like robot help.

Grampa Don

Yep, that's me
I want to update the beneficiaries on my MetLife policy. So, I called the help number and expected to have to wait a while. Instead, I immediately got an artificial lady. She spoke clearly, asked what I wanted and understood my answers. After verifying my identity she said they would send me the required form. Bing Bang, I was done in 5 minutes. She even said have a nice day, and I said thank you. I love it.

AI assistance is great when it works well and is efficient. But try calling and "they" ask you questions and give suggestions that are not helpful to your situation and make ya jump through hoops before connecting you to humans. It's maddening!

I was really impressed with Home Depot's AI responder. "He" told me how many packages of incandescent light bulbs were available at the Home Depot of my choice in, like you said, about 5 seconds. That was important because my grandson was taking me and I did not want to waste his time or gas looking for them all over the place.

It's fantastic that you had a positive experience with the AI system, and that she was able to understand your needs and assist you efficiently.
