This is the apartment where the guy has been heard screaming at the woman that lives there. Right now she's back as I heard her and the dog last night. I left to feed the cats after he left for work in his noisy car. I heard no water. When I came back the water was heard running. It's been about 2 hours. Still running. I have to assume it's the toilet. A few weeks ago the chain must have been under the flapper and it ran about every 30 seconds. All day. I'm such a water miser and this gives me anxiety.
It seems there is always something or someone causing me anxiety. I don't dare say anything. I assume when I hear one of them return, the water will stop. There has been trouble with this toilet running before with previous tenants. Intermittent. Never constant like it is now. I want out of this apartment so bad. But every week, nothing decent for sale in my price range.
