I'm age 88 I was born in Canada in 1835 but came to America in 1939 with my parents.

6:50 AM - Sleep was 7 hours and 45 minutes. Sleep score was 74 compared to the average for ages 80 to 89 of 41/100. Actual sleep time was 6 hours and 49 minutes. Sleep stages: Awake = 52 minutes, REM = 1 hour and 31 minutes, Light = 3 hours and 57 minutes, Deep = 1 hour and 25 minutes. Oxygen level during sleep reached a minimum of 86% (Hypoxemia). My weight was 150.8 pounds.
9:19 AM - My blood pressure before breakfast was 119/65 with a pulse of 55.
9:26 AM - I took 3 glasses of juice with 2 Senna Plus tablets, 1,000 mg of Tylenol and 81 mg of Aspirin at breakfast.
10:54 AM - After my 1st walking workout for today inside my house I reached 3,740 steps = 1.76 miles. My steps walked during the workout were 2,038 steps = 1.06 miles. My workout lasted 36 minutes.
1:19 PM - I started to play chess at Chess.com.
2:24 PM - I stopped playing chess. I won 2 games and lost 1.

3:17 PM - I took 2 glasses of juice with 1,000 mg of Tylenol.
