I tried Gordon Ramsay's perfect breakfast sandwich, and it was the best egg dish I've ever made

i gotthe website and keep clicking on the Gorden Ramsey breakfast sandwich, but it would not go to the recipe!
Sorry! I would have liked to havetried it!

Looks and sounds good but way too much trouble for me to make. Maybe for a special breakfast but I prefer a sandwich from Jack in the Box. Their scrambled eggs are very creamy to me.

This sounds absolutely amazing and not too much work. However, 12 eggs for 2 servings??? That's 6 eggs apiece.... yikes!
I didn't notice that- wow. I figured up the calorie count as follows:
[? negligible]4 small shallots, diced
[240]4 slices of thick cut bacon, cut into thin strips
[936]12 whole eggs
[408]4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
[200]4 tbsp crème fraiche
[? negligible]8 spring onions (or scallions), thinly sliced
[N/A]Salt and black pepper to taste
[480]2 brioche buns
[200]55g goat’s cheese, at room temperature
[221]55g cheddar cheese
total=2685 or 1342.5 calories per sandwich. That's OK, just eat like a bird for the rest of the day.

Really wow! Thanks or all that calculation. That's a whopper of an egg sandwich.

Somewhere in the original attachment the author said he changed the number of eggs to 4. More logical.

After all the work, I’d still feel to guilty knowing about all the calories. Those are the reasons for consuming rich meals like this in a restaurant.

Good grief. Has the man never heard of cholesterol?
