I Will Use Uber tomorrow for the first time.

UBER & aLyft are readily available in my area and I will use one to go to my 11 AM doctors appointment..

One thing I have wondered -- are the drivers checked out in any way so a passenger knows they are not getting in a car with a psycho serial killer or something who uses the Uber thing to glom onto his victims? I KNOW, I watch too many crime thrillers, but I just wondered how this works.

I wondered that too Butterfly, I think I'd be more comfortable calling a yellow cab as opposed to an uber driver. I think there was a problem with one in the news some time ago. Let us know how your experience was Lon! :drive:

I don't know if we have Uber in our area. I usually use Westlake Cab service if my car is down.
