I would rather stay home than..

I hear Ya....when the wife wants to go to Kohl's, I drop her off, knowing that I have a good hour to go browse the aisles at Lowe's or Menard's, etc.

Whenever I took hubby shopping with me, all I would get was "come on" after five minutes or so. If we were headed into a department store he'd walk so fast right to where the item was--no keeping up to him! Then it was "OK, let's get out of here". I used to refer to it as man shopping. Except----if we were in Home Depot, Lowes or any other hardware store. There he would gawk around in wide-eyed wonder.

Yeah -- what's that about, anyway? Spending 30 minutes marveling at hammers or pipe fittings or whatever??
