It's probably time to stock up on a few weeks worth of essentials ...food, pharmaceuticals, hygiene supplies. The first human-to-human cases of 2019=nCoV are starting to show up outside of China; it's a matter of days before contacts of people who have tested positive outside China began sicken. You don't want to wait until that hits the news to do your shopping ...lots!!! of panicked folks will be out doing the same at that point.
Details in the Coronavirus Thread about the new cases and the especially unfun info that people are contagious before they develop symptoms. Some airports have screening systems in place, but they're pretty much useless considering the above.
