I'm A Big Sugar And Salt User!

Sometimes I sprinkle Sugar on a slice of bread and eat it as a snack between snacks.

I love my Salt too! I always use it on Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Raw Radishes, Green Onions, Tomatoes, Popcorn, Soup, Fish, Poultry, and all Meats.

I use a special salt called "LITE", by Morton, which contains half the Sodium of table salt. (See Pic)

I have 2 lab tests every year, and the doc says my body chemistry is excellent!

I'm also a big sugar and salt user...although I haven't had sugar on bread since I was a child and I wouldn't want it now.. I do add salt or sugar freely to most foods.., and my BP which is checked regularly has never been high
 

Hi Hal, I too have a big sweet tooth and use salt on just about everything you do. I also use it on some fruit, like watermelon, cantaloupe and honey dew melon.
