I've always had a knack for seasoning a dish or cooking something sans recipe. Not that I'm a gourmet level at anything in particular.

A day ago my wife came home wth a salad. I'm not big on salads. She clears off all the toppings but the onions...
Bacon bits, mushrooms offfff! No sense tossing that good stuff out. I made an omelet after cooking up the toppings, and added them to fill the omelet...deeee licious.

I hate to see good food go to waste, I do the same thing. It's fun to see/taste food that starts with the imagination. :)
 
I would have left that stuff on the salad & eaten it that way, but I admire your creativity to put them in the omelet. I like interesting omelets tho too.
