I'm not putting trash bins out on Halloween

My trash service picks up on Wednesday moring, so the trash bins are put out on Tuesday evening. That's looking for trouble this week. Hopefully I'll waken early enough to put them out after the pranksters have retired.

I have Tuesday pickup, so whew. But here things get pretty quiet by 10 PM on Halloween.
