I'm trying a Therivent tonight

It's something I saw in Wal-Mart. It was a trial pack for snoring. Kind of expensive but I thought if they work I would use them occasionally (?).
I don't like the breath right strips. My husband has used them for years and they help him.
There was a coupon in the box if I like them.
Ill let you know how it goes.
Has anyone used them?

Interesting, I never heard of this. Looking forward to your review!

My sister swears by them, but I doubt they'd work for me because I can't get anything to stick all night ON my nose.

What I do use are the devices that go IN my nose and hold the nostrils open. They work very well for me. I can't say they do a lot for my snoring, but they really do help me breath better and I get better sleep.

They are strange. It fits over your nostrils. They say to breath out of your mouth until you go to sleep. You can breath out of your nose but not in.
I am trying it again tonight but I've asked my husband to check on me to see if I'm breathing in through the nose and out the mouth or just breathing in and out through the mouth defeating the whole purpose.
I felt like I slept good but my mouth was dry.
I'm using the second "starter" one. I guess you build up to the regular.
Husband says it sounds like it works similar to a cpap with not being able to breath out the nose.
Ill let you know again. Sorry I forgot last time.

I think that folks who snore do so because they sleep lying on their backs.

I hardly ever sleep that way. I usually sleep lying on my side and have been told by intimate pals that I don't snore.

So I don't need any of that stuff. Maybe in the future. Thanks for the post though.

I've thought about those inside the nose things. Much better economically too.

Well my husband said I didn't snore however I feel like I was just breathing in and out through my mouth. I woke up 2-3 times and my mouth was so dry.
I bought a starter pack but I don't think I'd buy them again. I might try the breath right again.
You know one night I put the tiniest pinch oh Vicks I my nostrils and that seemed to work ok.
