Not sure if I should put this in Humor or here but it sounds like something an actual cat would say.

Perhaps someone is taking the peepee! I am sure that the cat is more fluent.
Before phones were given their users spelling responsibility, as in spell checker, text speak was common place due to, as poor spellers would argue, costs. Some abbreviations were more like hieroglyphics, I remember seeing L8 and didn't realise that L plus eight means late.
