In-and-Out Burgers opens tomorrow

I have had In-and-Out, but still prefer Chik-Fil-A. They have really long lines at both restaurants in my area.

An In-and-Out Burger restaurant is opening tomorrow about a mile from my house. Soon I'll be able to find out what all the commotion is about. Probably not tomorrow, though. I'm not waiting for hours to get a fast food burger. I figure by Wednesday, the dust will have settled.
In-N-Out uses only fresh ingredients, including cutting their fries from real potatoes right before putting them in the fryer. Shakes are made with real ice cream. When friends and family visit us from the east coast the first place they want to hit is In-N-Out.

My son worked at our local In-N-Out while attending college so we got the inside scoop. It was all good - no ugly stories.

They pay pretty decent for a fast food restaurant. I think the sign said 13-17 dollars/hour. Amazon pays 15. I'd think I'd rather work at an In-and-Out if I was unskilled and wasn't retired.

They've always paid far better than other burger chains.
Los Angeles minimum wage is $15/hour.

I rarely eat in a burger joint, theirs I liked. The food was hot & fresh & the staff were incredibly polite.

It’s the kind of place I’d want my kid or grandkid to work. Good training and good on your resume.
