New year's Day - time to reset my maximum and minimum indoor and outdoor thermometers. Here are the 2022 results at my new house:
Indoor - max 91F (33C), min 60F (16C)
Outdoor - max 110F (43C), min -6F (-21C)
I have moved the outdoor one to the north side of the house feeling the maximum temp was exaggerated since it was on the front porch which acts as a heat trap in the summer. At my old house, there was plenty of shade from large maple trees that helped to moderate the readings.
