If I enrolled in the health insurance plan, they sent me their first initial premium bill to pay to activate my health plan, but i changed my mind, and never paid it, neither used the health plan, do I still owe the initial premium ? or since i have never activated my plan, i do not owe anything?
don't want them sending it to collections.

If you have retired, are self-sufficient, Own your home, taxes on it paid,
you do not have to worry about the FED that will hang you if do not have
health insurance with more added taxes, then do as you wish. Live, die as
you choose with no one to change your ways. Lock the doors, bar the
windows, shut everyone out and just pass your way. Live your life as you
choose. Give em the finger. Sit on a large rock and watch the sunset on you.

If you didn't call them and answer yes to the question? If you ever said yes
to one of their questions on a phone then you most likely screwed yourself.

You see they do not give a dang about you. So, do you give a dang about em?
The CEO most likely takes a leased private jet every Friday & Monday somewhere.
Lawyers do the same all over the east Coast.

If you gave them a Credit card number, call the Card and ask for a new number immediately.
Same with your bank account. Make sure the bank cancels out their digital withdrawal.
