Instant Muffin Mix and it was Good!

I don't bake and apparently I don't need to. The senior center I belong to gave out packets of this one minute, microwavable muffin mix. I had it for months and decided to try it today. It was moist, sweet and good. Sugar, fat and calorie counts would be a deterrent for buying more, however. You mix the packet with 2 TB hot water and "bake" in the microwave for a minute or maybe more depending on your microwave power. Have you ever seen this product before?

I haven't seen that particular brand, but there are "mug cake" mixes at the grocery store. I have a couple of recipes from online sources, too.

I have not seen that brand either but have used others.
