Glad you enjoyed your concoction B. I'm diabetic too. I've gotten into 6.7 oz containers of Chobani sugar free yogurt, to which I add a little agave and Splenda, walnut pieces and Craisons. Chobani is thick and with the additions, it is filling. I tried chopping the nuts up in my Magic Bullet once, but they came out like flour or powder, which I didn't like.
