Just got my prescription out of the bag, the instructions, warning and advisements are on the paper below it.

BOTH SIDES. Just crazy, 14" by 11"

Reminds me of Gary Larson/far side comics. The pharmacist is telling the customer "I'm not giving you this, the side effects are worse then the disease"
