Insurance reached a settlement amount, once check clears bank contractors begin work on house as soon as next week.

I wondered how things were coming along we we rolled down 5 and 5S about a month ago.

Yeah, "the Good Hands" insurance company finally has a check in them. That's the good news.
And now, for the bad news-contractors.
Contractors are always just about to start work, next Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday for sure, if it does rain.
Mr. Ed, just remember, wanting to strangle a contractor is completely understandable- no homeowner jury would convict.

electric is connected to the Rv. We are going through a renovation outfit that has a good history with the insurance adjustors. Although we can choose the contractors, contractors with proven reliability from previous work experience with the subcontractor will be chosen.
My insurance adjustor and homeowners insurance have worked together before so they know what to expect from each other. The relationship is good and no one wants to jeopardize that for future work encounters.
