Interesting show..Open House NYC

While in the waiting room at Urgent Care yesterday the TV had on a show called Open House NYC....showing off apartments, and penthouses in NYC. Definitely for people with more money than sense, or something., While nice to see, I cannot see wanting to live in one of these places, even if I had the money. One penthouse they showed sold for over a million dollars, WTH.

The most expensive apt in NYC sold for USD $238 MILLION, iirc. People w that kinda $$$$ use real estate as an investment or place to park cash or outdoing the rest of the billionaires, being a place to live is just a coincidence.

I'd be happy to spend a week or 2 a year in Manhattan in a penthouse, it's probably fun if you got the $.
