It may be your ISP or email provider has recently made changes to their spam filter. For each legitimate email that is being moved to the spam folder go in and mark it as not spam, adding the sender to your address book will also help. Also check your blocked sender list and make sure you have not accidentally blocked the sender or a specific domain.

In case you don't know where your blocked addresses are,
Charry, click your name at the top right of the page, then
settings, then across the page to mail, click there, scroll
down to the "blocked Addresses".
I to am with BT and for some reason my mail keeps blocking,
Gmail addresses, I have one friend who uses Gmail, she calls
me to tell me to unblock her, because I didn't answer a couple
of letters that she sent.
So BT email is a bit iffy at times.
