I have 2 iPads. Both have many, many pictures on them. I take lots of pictures and share them with friends all over the U.S. Here is what I need for information:
1. How or what software do I buy to eliminate duplicate pictures and do I need an adapter or whatever to make the software work?
2. How do I sync pictures from my camera to the iPad? Somehow my pictures got on my pads, but I didn’t put them there, so they synched on their own. How did that happen?
3. Can I use my iPad to live stream? If so, what software do I need? I have tripods and the proper connectors, but do I need to buy into a service? I am going to Florida and I thought about live streaming some fishing we will be doing to guys that we all know and they can watch as we reel in the big ones.

Thanks for any help.

I'm not really too deep into Apple's world, we do have a couple ipads but they're not doing anything fancy. So, Q 1 & 2 are outside of my experience, but Q 3 streaming...you want to stream video to...Facebook or Youtube? I've used OBS studio to live stream either to Facebook or Youtube. If you want multiple live streams you'll need to add Castr to your OBS stream.

Streaming is going to be a learning experience. Everything seems easier with the Windows OS, but I like learning new things, so I will give it a go.

I really need to learn how to get the duplicate pictures out of my iPad and also what I need to do to sync my camera to the iPad. One day, I opened my iPad and my pictures were there, but I never knew how they got there.

Thanks for the help. I am going to try to live stream to YouTube.

Sounds like your iPad got a backup automatically downloaded from Apple's iCloud.

Does your camera have WIFI or Bluetooth capabilities? I know that with older digital cameras there are Wireless Micro SD cards available.

Your ipad and iphone are probably already synced if the photos are carrying over.

Which duplicates do you want to remove? If you took a photo of Fido and have a few that are similar you may have Live Mode on. It takes 3 photos almost shoot instantaneously. Look at the upper right side of your phone camera. You’ll see a dot surrounded by dotted circles. There should be a line through it if it’s turned off.

If you have a photo you want on the iPad but not on the camera, I don’t think it’s possible since it’s synced. I want it synced.

I was told, but haven't checked it out yet, that there is an app on the iPad for eliminating duplicate photos. I have a few hundred that would free up some space, but the bigger issue having to look at duplicates.
